Registering your household
Registration is done once per household and every dependant must be listed. Bring the following when you visit our insurance desk and our team will walk you through the process at no charge.
- Original national ID for the principal member
- Birth certificates for children under 18
- Marriage certificate where a spouse is being added
- An active mobile number registered in the principal member's name
What is covered at a Level 4 facility
As an accredited Level 4 hospital, Eastmark provides outpatient consultation, laboratory investigations, imaging, maternity and inpatient admission under SHA benefit packages. Some specialised procedures require pre-authorisation, which our desk requests on your behalf before treatment begins.
